🎬 Production & Communications Team

Every Sunday, and throughout the year, there's a team of people working behind the scenes to help others engage with God's Word and connect with church life. Whether it's producing our livestream, creating media, capturing moments through photography, or designing graphics, every role plays a part in communicating the gospel and serving our church family.

We're looking to grow our team over the coming months and would love to hear from anyone who has technical, creative or leadership gifts. Here's where we're currently looking for help:

🎥 Livestream Director OR Livestream Camera Operator
Help tell the story of what God is doing each Sunday. You'll work alongside the camera operator to plan and switch camera shots throughout the service, helping create an engaging experience for everyone watching online.

🎚️ Livestream Audio Engineers
Using Logic Pro, you'll mix the dedicated livestream audio feed so that people watching online hear clear, balanced, high-quality sound.

🧩 Production Coordinators
Lead and encourage the production team on Sunday mornings. This role is all about serving people: praying with the team, helping everything run smoothly, supporting volunteers, and calmly coordinating when things don't quite go to plan.

🎙️ Podcast Editors
Help us look after The Glenabbey Podcast by editing recorded conversations, balancing audio, adding intro/outro music, and preparing episodes ready for release.

📹 Videographers
Help create videos that tell stories, promote ministries, and capture what God is doing across church life throughout the year.

📸 Photographers
Capture Sunday services and key events such as baptisms, Easter and Christmas, then edit and share your photos for use across our church communications.

🎨 Graphic Designers
Create graphics for sermon series, events, social media and other church communications, helping us communicate clearly and creatively.

💡 Whether it's serving on a Sunday rota or helping with creative projects throughout the year, you'll be part of a team where the responsibility is shared. Our aim is to make serving both enjoyable and sustainable, fitting around work, family and everyday life.
