Join us for a relaxed Family Movie Night at Glenabbey as we raise money for a missions trip to Romania.
A number of our young people and their friends — Zoe Bennett, Lauren Rainey, Caleb Anderson, Joshua Anderson, Luke Anderson, Thomas Metcalfe, and Katie Wallace — are heading out with The Smiles Foundation to serve alongside Romanian workers in the local community.
During the trip, the team will be involved in outreach, Holiday Bible Clubs, practical support, helping those experiencing homelessness and hardship, supporting elderly and vulnerable people, and serving at Sunset House — the Foundation's residential facility for the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable.
Money raised will help provide practical support for this work. In 2024, donations helped buy the beds needed for Sunset House, and this year the team will also be supporting ongoing work including The Lighthouse Project, which provides after-school clubs, Bible clubs, and support for local children.
So come along for popcorn, a great film, family fun, and a brilliant chance to support gospel work in Romania.
