Men — clear the diary, grab a mate, and get yourself to the beach.

We're heading to Whiterocks for an evening of BBQ food, good laughs, and plenty of craic. Nothing too formal — just a relaxed night together by the sea.

Whether Glenabbey is your church, used to be your church, or you've never been through the doors before, you're really welcome to come along.

We'd love to encourage car sharing, so if you need a lift — or you're happy to take a few others — meet at Glenabbey at 4pm and we'll head up together.
