Get ready for one of the biggest and best days in the Glenabbey calendar.

Our annual Glenabbey Charity Football Day is back — bringing together all ages for an afternoon of big games, big energy, and big-hearted giving.

This year, we're raising money for the Yakaar Football Project in Senegal ⚽

Through this project, Peter McCartney is currently serving as an Ambassadors intern, helping support the installation of a brand new 3G pitch — an exciting development that will make a huge difference for the local community. He's working alongside the Cuthbert family from Portadown, who are deeply involved in the work.

Everything we raise on the day will go towards this project.

Whether you're playing, shouting from the sidelines, or bringing the kids along, this is a day for our whole church and community to come together around football and something that really matters.

Over 30s vs Under 30s Match

🕑 2:00 – 4:00pm

The day kicks off with the main event.

Experience, strength, and craft vs pace, energy, and youth.

Two generations. One pitch. One cause.

Come and support. Come and make some noise.

Kids & Youth Tournament

🕟 4:15 – 6:00pm

The pitch then belongs to the next generation as we host a high-energy tournament for:

⚽ P4–P7s
⚽ Year 8–10s

Fast games. Loads of football. Great atmosphere.
A brilliant chance for kids and young people to play, compete, and be part of a big charity day.

All money raised goes to the Yakaar Football Project – Senegal.
